Within a 10 minute walking distance from the hotel, the Dalvík harbor offers whale watching tours and sea angling trips via Fjord Cruises and a ferry departing from Dalvík harbor to Grímsey, where you can cross the Arctic Circle.

With limited light pollution, Dalvík is the perfect spot to look into the skies for the aurora, visible from Sep-Apr.
